on a 24 month KTP project to deliver the growth of Indium Phosphide (InP) by metal organic chemical vapour deposition (MOCVD) for producing high yield photonic integrated circuits. This technology will be applied in telecoms up to 400Gb/s (Giga bit per second) Ethernet systems in data centres.
